Very impressive! Works very well on my HTC Magic. In fact, there is small bug - a movement flicker which can be solved by sending the phone to sleep for a moment.
As I can see, ther's nothing to add except the phone settings menu and some optimization. The rest is all on the core openttd - maybe several views (like virtual desktops on linux) and left click scroll for minimap :)
