Hey Lubomyer, I installed this on my Ouya yesterday and it is working great. I was messing about with custom controls and button remapping and at some point I managed to enable a button to switch between input methods... Ie mouse, joystick and gyro (I think that was the 3rd one) - when the button was pressed a icon flashed up of a mouse or a joystick to confirm what input you had active. Anyway, I messed something up a little later and had to reset my config. Now I can't get that function back. Can you tell me what key that function is mapped to please? In made mouse emulation via the analogue stick very easy to use. Thanks
Still, there is a problem with the 'relative mouse movement' mode : if you move the mouse on a short/medium distance only, and if you release it before maybe 0.5 sec, some kind of rubber band attract it back where it was, and click ! Between that and the 1.5 seconds of the 'Tap or Hold' mode, mouse control is a nightmare. I tried every mode for the mouse, but this is always the case. Could you reduce (a lot !) the area where this 'rubber band' is active ?
BTW, I tried several games and the 'absolute mouse movement' never worked. Too bad, this mode would make mouse driven games absolutely fantastic. :/
Hi Lubomyr, have you any News on the mouse/android pointer syncronisation?Good games like Ports of call need a good mousemovement....... Can you try To improve IT, even if it's Controlled by libsdl?
Downloaded a couple amiga demos, which arent disk demos, they are exe's that were made to run from a folder on the HD. How exactly do I get that to work with this? I dont have an HD image file, I just have the 3.1 OS as an adf file, and the folder with the exe and data files for the demo.
Try go to SDL-settings when run app (when SDL logo displayed on screen) select on-screen control next select remap on-screen control next remove tick from on-screen joystick and buttons
However for some reason I can't get the Hard Drive mode to work. I copied over to the tablet my HD file system I use on WinUAE and the emulator does not want to boot (stucks in white screen) when I point to it in the "dir" option in the menu. I also have a HDF file working fine with WinUAE, but cannot select it in the emulator - when I left-click on it a window pops up for a split second saying "you must select a HDF file, press any key to continue" or something similar.
Are these features not working yet, or do you have any advice?
hdf, and hd-dir mode successfully tested by me and another user. hd-dir - works, but have some incompatibility with some amiga apps (for example, works not correct with Tinylauncher) Hdf - works, but not bootable with some hdf-images
I've try your emulator... i think its really powerfull, but no good menus buttons, etc.... hard to configure. I've try anUAE4all, it work easy for adf, but not compatible with HDF and whdload... I would like to test but i've probleme to start HDF or adf. Black screen when i touch reset.
app will create folder kickstarts automaticaly in android/data/pandora.uae4all.sdl/files you need only put kickroms files in this dir or another way: if you have installed app from this site (not from a google play) then try to goto sdl-setting when start emu (when SDL-logo displayed on screen) select Downloads, then put tick on Download Kickckstart Rom, and app will download kickstart roms himself in correct folder.
